Welcome to JL Ancore Pty Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website www.jlancore.com.au and to all purchases, quotations, and logistics services we provide.
By accessing or using our Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Website or services.

Definitions 

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

  • “Contract” means any agreement for the sale, supply, or transport of Products between JL Ancore Pty Ltd and the Customer.

  • “Customer” or “you” means the person or entity purchasing Products or using our services.

  • “Products” means all industrial materials, goods, or items supplied by JL Ancore Pty Ltd.

  • “Services” means any logistics, freight coordination, importing, or related services provided by us.

  • “Quotation” means any written or verbal price estimate or proposal issued by us.

  • “Order” means a confirmed request submitted by the Customer for Products or Services.

  • “Website” means www.jlancore.com.au and any associated pages or content managed by JL Ancore Pty Ltd.

Acceptance of Terms 

  • By placing an Order or using our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • These Terms form the entire agreement between you and JL Ancore Pty Ltd and override any other conditions or representations.

  • No variation to these Terms will be binding unless agreed in writing.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be effective immediately upon publication on our Website.

Quotations and Orders 

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

  • A Quotation does not constitute an offer to sell. An Order placed by you is an offer to purchase under these Terms.

  • JL Ancore Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline any Order at our discretion.

  • Once accepted, your Order forms a binding Contract.

Pricing and Payment 

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), import duties, and other government charges unless specified.

  • Payment must be made in accordance with the terms stated on our invoice or Quotation.

  • We may charge interest on overdue amounts at the Reserve Bank of Australia cash rate plus 4% per annum, calculated daily.

  • Ownership of Products remains with JL Ancore Pty Ltd until full payment is received.

Taxes and Import Duties 

  • The Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, and other import-related costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery and Risk 

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. We will take reasonable steps to deliver Products as agreed but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

  • Risk in the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer, its agent, or a carrier.

  • JL Ancore Pty Ltd is not liable for loss, theft, or damage once delivery has occurred.

  • If the Customer arranges its own freight, all liability transfers upon pickup from our facility or supplier.

Logistics and Import Services 

  • Where JL Ancore Pty Ltd assists with freight, shipping, or import arrangements, such services are provided in good faith and based on third-party carrier information.

  • We are not liable for delays, customs clearance issues, or unforeseen costs arising from international shipping, import restrictions, or port congestion.

  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring all import documentation and permits are accurate and complete.

Returns and Refunds 

  • Products may not be returned unless required by Australian Consumer Law or previously agreed in writing.

  • Claims for defective or damaged Products must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

  • JL Ancore Pty Ltd reserves the right to inspect or test any claimed defective Products before approving a refund or replacement

Limitation of Liability 

  • To the extent permitted by law, JL Ancore Pty Ltd excludes all express or implied warranties regarding the Products or Services.

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to, at our discretion:

  • The replacement or repair of the Products;

  • The resupply of Services; or

  • The refund of the purchase price paid.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or delays.

Intellectual Property 

All content on this Website (including text, images, and graphics) is owned or licensed by JL Ancore Pty Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

Termination or Suspension 

  • JL Ancore Pty Ltd may suspend or cancel an Order or your access to the Website if you:

  • Breach these Terms;

  • Fail to pay amounts due; or

  • Engage in conduct that may harm our business, reputation, or operations

Force Majeure

​We are not liable for failure or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport interruptions, or government restrictions.

Governing Law

​These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
